Finally the authorities are beginning to crack down on the free movie download sites who clearly are infringing upon copyright laws. It makes me happy because I am an artist and if someone were to steal my work and profit from it, I’d be very unhappy. People who use those sites think they’re getting a deal, but they don’t understand what goes around comes around. If you are stealing other peoples’ work (which is what that is) you will reap the karmic fallout at some point, even if you don’t connect the dots. Living a life based on ethics and integrity even when no one is watching is the hallmark of a standup kind of person. The same people who would be appalled that their friends were caught shoplifting in the Mall think nothing of stealing copyrighted mp4 movies on the free download websites. Now that so many of them are getting shut down, the legal movie download sites like iMovie Club are seeing their memberships increase and everyone wins by keeping it all legal.

I feel like it’s Christmas every day when I log onto my iMovies Club membership because I find so many movies to choose from, not to mention e-books. The plethora of mp4 videos sometimes however makes me wonder if I’m spending too much of life watching stories about life rather than living in my life. It’s great to not have to go to a shop to rent the latest movie, or not be able to find an old movie you haven’t seen in a long time, but I must confess, it’s becoming something of an obsession. I try to limit my movie watching to just a few nights a week, but it’s a pull when I want a distraction. Because I work from home doing bookkeeping, however, I’ve learned a neat trick from someone. She has set up a large monitor next to her laptop and plays the movie while she does repetitive mindless work like backlinking to her websites or building WordPress blogs. I think I’m going to do that!

Just last week I ended up purchasing my very first pair of night vision goggles. I had never thought that I would end up purchasing such a thing, but I actually enjoyed using them. They’ve come in handy more than I had ever imagined, and an almost to the point where I don’t know how I have lived without them. I’m an avid hunter, and hunting in the evening is a very big problem. There is very limited visibility and it is difficult to see what you are shooting at. The last thing I want is to is to start shooting at someone instead of an animal. This is more common than you may imagine, and can all be eliminated with night vision goggles. In fact, last month there was a hunting accident or two friends one of hunting. It was fairly dark outside, and one Hunter ended up shooting his buddy. Fortunately, his friend ended up living through it, but it just goes to show that these kind of situations do occur. You have to be careful out there, and you never know when you’re going to take your last breath.

Judd did not know what to get his mom as a gift to welcome home the new baby. Judd is twenty years of age, and his mom has decided to have a baby much later in life. Every gift that he thought about getting for the new baby seemed silly and stupid to Judd. So, he thought of making a diaper cake.
Judd made the diaper cake out of disposable diapers, and he included a whole mess of baby care items in there. The diaper cake was not fancy, though. It was a pretty simple cake because Judd did not know how to make it all decorative. That just was not his kind of thing. When he gave it to his mom, she was absolutely thrilled. She really appreciated the diaper cakes for baby showers and thanked Judd over And over again.
Judd did not think that he was going to make a really good impression to his mom with the diaper cake, since it was not fancy, but it was just right. Judd’s mom appreciated the thought. And bet of all, she really appreciated all of the baby care items that are contained in the cake.

So if you stop doing favors for these people, their mentality may lead you to believe they will not like you if you refuse to do what they say. Your life, and your choices, are yours to make, something you should keep in mind as you learn how to stop helping these people every time they ask.

History doesn’t exactly let us know when and where the crossbow made its debut. There is some evidence to tell us that crossbows as weaponry made their appearance around the fourth century and it was onward and upward from there. It’s been found in Greece, in Rome, and even in parts of Europe by this time.
It was referred to in ancient Greece by the term belly bow, because it was typically held by the person shooting it against the abdomen in order to cock the crossbow. Crossbows were widely used in war as well as for hunting not long afterwards, and was even used in an early version of the sharpshooters. Crossbow groups of snipers were in place by the 1500s.
Today, the crossbows are far more well built and able to be shot for even greater distances, typically taking a lot less effort for hunting and target shooting than bows such as compound or recurve varieties. They are also able to be loaded more rapidly so that firing time is decreased.
